Our office WorkCentre 5755 Printer has indicated a paper jam in the Area 3 of the printer. When examined carefully, there are no papers in any sections of the printer, especially in Area 3. I have tried taking out the fuse (R3) and putting it back, I have tried restarting the printer and I even tried shutting down the printer. All steps unfortunately were not successful.
