I have the same issue. Out of the blue, definitely no paper is jammed.

I contacted support. They told me to check for paper stuck in the machine, and to also unplug for one minute. Of course, the solution did not work. Thankfully the machine is under warranty and they are going to exchange it.

Hi! I'm using Phaser 6022 with Mac OS Catalina 10.15 and have an error message about a paper jam in paper tray and at rear door. I have cleared out paper tray and back opening, but it still won't clear the error so I can resume printing. Any ideas?
