Paper Size - DOUBT

Hi,

 

We have anew  Xerox 7855 

 

My doubt is regarding printer paper output - 

 

How to set the printer to select the paper according to paper size give in the program .. for example - i am printing from word.. i select the paper size as A4 in word.. but the print out comes as A3 coz the printer default paper size is set to A3.. 

 

the only way i can change the papersize is from printer settings and not from the program.. our earlier printer used to take the paper size from the program.. how to enable that settings in the new printer 7855..
