Hello Aeey,

That is a Fuji Xerox device so I am not familiar with it, but maybe check that the firmware is up to date. I tried finding a URL for the Firmware, however, it does not have that device info in English so I am unable to find that for you.

Paper Trays Missing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi there,

 

My office got around 5-6 DocuCentre-V C2263, some of them shown paper trays are missing.

We tried to reintall and update driver, but still missing.

Tray 2-4 are missing.
