There was a few firmware releases that had face-up vs face-down issues but I believe it was specific to tray 5.
And way back when these Connectkey devices launched there was a Face-up face-down option in the driver (It got removed in about 2014)
You could try updating the printer firmware '(I highly suggest you do so via the tool installer from here), the only real fear there is it might make print come out the way the copies do, but if that happens you can just load the tray the other way and all will be the same when looking at the output.
To clarify a bit more. We are also putting the paper in the correct way when trying to copy.
We haven't changed any settings in the cassetts either since we're only printing and copying single sided papers. We are not using the double side feature.
Hello,
I have a small problem with a printer Xerox 7835.
I have put papers with holes in them in the cassetts.
When I print from the network the papers come out just like they should but when I use the copy function on the printer the papers come out with the holes on the wrong side.
I have tried shifting the paper orientation in the cassett and that solves the copying issue but then the papers come out with the holes the wrong way when I print from the network.
Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks in advance.
