Hi RyanW, The fourms are not monitored by any engineering stff. I suggest you contact Xerox support directly to see if they can get your question to engineering. The support number my vary based on your country or where you purchased the printer.

Hi,
I am an engineer for Alcon. I am working on qualifying a 4100 Versant printer for maunfacturing. We use these to generate labels for our product. I am trying to generate a list of components and the material they are composed of that come into contact with the paper. I have struggled in getting any type of documentation or information reagrding this. I am wondering if it would be possible to get a list of just the general material that paper would come into contact on a 4100 Versant press with an adanvaced high capacity fedder, printer enginer, interface decurler module, and production ready finisher. Below is an example of a list I generated with the help of a different manufacturer but in this case I am only asking for the materials so I can evaulated the risk asscoiated with that material coming into contact with the labels that go onto our products.
Any information / help would be grealy appreciated!
