Paper folding and print is very dull

Wrinkles or Ceases in paper.

Light or faint prints.

I am using the Phaser 3020 printer once in a week. While printing paper comming out with horizontal folding and print quality is very dull. How can I know the catrige level. what is the problem in my printer. how to solve it.
