Paper is curling

Still no real fix for this issue ?

I've tried other papers from different sources, same result.

I really expect a working solution to get rid of these curls.

All that as been checked.

As written above, a Xerox technician as spend 4h to solve the issue without success.

The paper is curling with 6 different papers (brand and retailers) on 4 differents Xerox printers.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for excessive curl. Curl can be caused by more than one issue so please read and apply all the solutions for the best results.

I went to my local Xerox retailer to test with them my and their papers on their Versa and Alta Link copiers.

All the papers are curling on all Xerox copiers tested.

Paper on both orientation, all cabients, all exists, copy direct from the printer,... always the same result.

We have performed a test on a HP printer and the paper stay flat.

So the issue is probablly not only due to the paper, but also linked to the Xerox copiers themselves.

I can't believe I'm the first and only one facing this issue, and can't believe Xerox will sell copiers that produce non perfect print quality.

I know that, but the papier is brandy new, bought from différents suppliers.
All papiers behave the same, even Xerox papier...
I never had such issues with m'y previous pinter.

Hi,

Curling of the paper is a sign of moisture. Be sure to store the paper in good conditions of wet and teperature.

There are no print settings for adjusting paper curl for your machine.

Hi !

I've troubles with my VersaLink, the paper is waving quite a lot.

I've tried several papers (brand, 80->160g) and print settings without success.

A Xerox technician as spend 4h on my printer without been able to fix the issue (even changed the fusion module).

Today my printer as been exchanged by a brand new one, and the paper is still waving....

Any idea what's wrong ?

Do you encounter the same issue on your printers ?

I'm using PS drivers V 5.658.3

Same issue in PCL or if I print info sheet directlly from the printer, so probably not a driver issue.

Any help appreciated.
