Re: Paper jam 77 106

Actually no the page that was jamming was just black text no border

maybe there might have been something blocking the sensor is that possible?

Or would that have caused an error before the job started running?

Re: Paper jam 77 106

It is possible, if the job had a very dark coverage without any white strip to have paper jam. The optical sensors in  the paper path of the machine need to "see" even just a little white strip to know that has passed something through them.

Hey man,

we turn on the machine and without even wondering if it would run started running jobs

No more issues

Strange, it was a funeral booklet we were running, so we're not sure if there was some 'strange' thing going on with the job. lol

Re: Paper jam 77 106

Have you installed the correct fuser (008R13146)? 077-106The Fuser Exit Sensor did not come on within the specified time after the registration motor came on. Anyway it is from fuser.

Paper jam 77 106

Product Name: Xerox Color C75 Press
Operating System: Windows 7 x64
Hey there guys.
We were printing some booklets then all of a sudden the machine started jamming. The paper isn't entering the fuser.
The fuser is new only been used for maybe a day or two.
For some reason the paper just won't go through.
I've tried even copying and different paper from a different tray same result. Any help?
