Paper jam error not going away

So, I have the xerox phaser 6022 color laser printer and a paper jam occurred. Error to remove from the back came up but I removed the paper from the front. The printing error won’t go away now though. I’ve tried the print formatting and it’ll print a piece so there is no jam in the printer, but yet the error continues to stay. I tried shutting the printer off and unplugging for an hour but when turned back on still the error. So I left it on and unplugged for awhile but when turned on still the error. All doors are shut on the printer as well. I can’t figure out what to do next, any suggestions?
