Paper jam on duplex A3

Hello ! I hope you’re good.
I’m unable to make duplex with A3 papers. I’m having paper jam everytime. It only passes with A4 papers.

The same thing happens if a print A3 face down.

So the paper passes but fails to back and pass on the 2nd registration..... so the paper falls down.

I need help!
