If the paper is getting jammed at tray 4, check the condition of the paper, remove all obstructions and adjust the guides that hold the paper in the tray. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Hi there,

My printer keeps jamming its a versa link B400 it has 4 tray. Everytime it gets to the top to roll out it just gets stuck and jams and I have to keep removing it any suggestions?
