Win10. Bought Phaser 3330 but can not print due to paper mismatch errors. I have loaded both Tray1 and Bypass tray with A4 paper. I have set all printing preferences and paper settings to A4 in printer display menu, driver, printing software (like Excel , Word etc).

Paper mismatch Tray 1 (or bypass tray if thats loaded with paper). Load A4. Heavy Wt & White

Any ideas how to fix this?
