Paper stucked at area 2

Hi

I just got a serious problem while printing with my Xerox Apeosport 4300II that at area 2 , it got jam. I did try to remove the paper but it got torn leaving behind a portion of the paper and the LCD screen will keep showing the paper is stucked there

Now my printer cannot be used anymore.

Can anyone help to give some advice.
