Hi ,
It possible to install 2 drivers separately both they have the same ip address but different preferences with 2 differents names .
I Guess your issue it happened when you install the driver via the setup Icon ,So try to install it manually from the windows Settings >> Devices >> Printers & Scanners
1- dowanload the WorkCentre3220_Print_Scan_Installer.zip
2- unzip the file and the driver you need will be under the Downloads\WorkCentre3220_Print_Scan_Installer.zip\WorkCentre3220_Print_Scan_Installer.zip\Printer\PS\WINXP_VISTA_64
3- follow the attached
So install the 1st driver with a name of plain paper and specify the required settings
and then reinstall the 2nd driver "same procedures " with a name of letterhead and specify the required settings .
I have just upgraded from Windows 7 to windows 10. The printer is set up with plain paper in tray 2 and letterhead in tray 1. I could previously set the printer up so that differnt jobs could be directed to the individual trays without having to go into preferences to alter the settings each time I wanted to change between trays. Effectively it would be seen as two different printers.
I do not seem to be able to do this in windows 10. Any advice would be much appraciated.
Drivers have been updated from xerox web site.
