Hello, I recently purchased a Xerox B235 MFP multifunction printer for my company. Unfortunately, I am not able to log into the device settings. I do not know what the factory administrator password is (and what login ... whether upper or lower case ...). This information is not in the manual.
I tried 1111, I tried the serial number, admin / admin combinations. I also did a software update. No effect. I am asking for help ... why do I need such a printer if it cannot even set the IP address: /

I have allmost the same problem, but i cannot reset the admin passsord, every thing is locked.
When i try to connect to the web interface, i have a message "This feature is locked. Log in to your account and try again.", and on the touch screen every fonction locked !!!!
