Thank you, I can see the section and have a 4 digit passcode and it says it needs a user ID must be between the numbers 1 to 32.  We don't have any, we just enter the passcode on the window's computers. Do you have any suggestions for this problem?

Hey you!

When in the print window, you should be able to see a scroll down window saying "Copies and Pages", clicking there will result in you being able to choose "Xerox Features" & "Xerox Accounting"/ could also be under "advanced"!

My work has put a password on the printer and I cannot get a popup to put the password in from my Macbook Pro.  I've read this .pdf http://www.office.xerox.com/support/dctips/dc02cc0309.pdf  and I just can't work out how to do it. (Well, I thought I did but it's not working and my text document looks different to the one in the description).  Can someone help me out?
