Settings > device > maintenance > opt out of service erase > checkmark sanitize all information on non volatile memory > check off Start Initial Setup Wizard > when you press ok it will reboot and run through the setup wizard and ask you to enter admin username and password

Brand new C315. Set the admin password successfully during setup. Went to log in after, no luck. Too many attempts - locked out. Tried that a few times without success (once lockout expired). It's possible I made a mistake setting the password, but had to have made the exact mistake twice. Even though that keypad is ridiculously tiny, I think that's doubtful.

Anyway, did a factory reset to original settings, and tried logging in with admin/<serialnumber>. No luck there either - yes I matched the case. "1111" didn't work either. 

Any ideas appreciated.
