My printer stopped working two days ago. The display showed there was a paper jam, so I cleared it. However, it continues to jam. Nothing we do can seem to fix it.
We ran the diagnostics and got the code: 22.L.0.4.7.0.0>Paper path status>
All I could think to do was to replace the maintenance kit, so we did that today. Once installed, we got the printer error:
It freezes on this screen, and all we can do is shut it down.
We browsed this forum and the internet in general, and find nothing. We don't have the manual with the list of codes. Can anyone help advise us on what we need to do? Is this something we can fix ourselves, or does it need service?
The printer is a 2008 model and has about 20,000 copies total on it.
