Phaser 3020 just unboxed and it will not print

Operating System: Windows 10

Hi!

I received my brand new printer yesterday, on unpacking i removed the plastic seal that protects the tonner contacts and all the other stickers as in the instructions and then reinstalled the tonner which comes with the printer...

I installed all drivers succesfully (thought the printer mannager will not open after trying but not a problem really i think), i have also succesfully conected the printer to wifi network.

The issue is that the printer will not print a thing either sending a documents over wifi, pluged in or even trying the report button on the printer itself. It will feed and roll the paper but the paper comes out withouth any printing, as if the tonner was not working. I tried agitating the tonner as the instructions says, but nothing happens. 

May the tonner i received be faulted? Any Ideas?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please double check that you have removed all the tape and packing material from the printer. Please check out the solutions for Blank pages especially the one to shake the toner. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I did check that there was no tape and packing material, also i did shake the tonner as instructed in the product manual.

I have also raised the issue in the support centre, but sadly they were more interesting in questioning if i did register the product i bought 5 days ago or not and in analyzing the invoice they requested me to send and in requesting more data on my ID number etc, that was 3 days ago and im still waiting for someone to help me instead of drownining me in bureaucracy...

I think i have no option than returning the product and will think wisely if i change brands next.
