Phaser 3020 won't print after 15-20 minutes standby.

Hello.

I have just bought a Phaser 3020, and I have the following problem: when not used for 15 min or more the printer won't print. Pressing the on/off or the wi-fi button has no effect  and I have to unplug it and plug it in and then it starts printing again. I am using it with wi-fi connection. The problem is very annoying and any help would be appreicated.
