all information above is useless. the printer has firmware issues. WIFI is lost after printer enters in standby mode.

Hello Studyhax, 

Here are a couple of articles for you to look at for assistance. How to setup the wireless network, to make sure everything is correct. Then if you are still having issue Will not Print.

Phaser 3020 won't print after about 20 min of standby

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

This printer is brand new. The bar below the exclamation mark is green, the WPS button no longer flashes blue.

When I tell it to print something, nothing happens. 

 

If I press the power button once, it starts to make some noise and then the WPS button is blue again and the bar below the exclamation mark is green. But still, if I tell it to print something, it won't.

 

Only when I hold down the power button for like 10 seconds, the printer is turned off, then press the power button again, then the printer is turned on again, will the printer start printing again.

 

Can someone help make sense of this? Super weird
