My Phaser 3040 does not work... both red lights (indicators?) are on. What should I do to solve it?

First comment is I didn't find the xerox phaser 3040 in the list of models in the registration form for serial number...it's not ok at all
second is I had a paper jam and I cleared it, since then I see the ! Button is on and the start is blinking all the time, no paper jam anymore, no paper missing in tray, nothing helps
i tried all the manual solutions....what to do now ?
when I print it sent to the printer but nothing happens
is there a way to reset the printer????
