have you tried contacting Xerox, then can remote login to your PC to see if everythin is correctly installed


have you tried also tried the latest global driver?

make sure that you USB is no longer then 5 meter, or try another cable


i have seen tha sometimes the USB cable wasnt good enough because the power voltage on the PC mainboard was to low...

Phaser 3140 printing.

I have a problem with my printer. When I want to print something I awalys get a message that Information about the USB printer is not available and I have to unplug the power cable and plug it again to print something. I was unninstaling this printer few times and installing new drivers but its not helping.
