Phaser 3320 Printer

Hi,

I have recently set up a phaser 3320 to print results from an analyser.  It printed the test page ok, but now when I try and print results it asks me to "Enter code" - 4 digits.  I entered 1111 (as the default code), but it tells me that this is invalid.  Sometimes it asks me to enter a longer code (>12 digits) when I am scrolling through the menus also.

Any advice on how to proceed?

Many thanks!

Re: Phaser 3320 Printer

You need to say what OS is printing, what driver is used and get a screenshot of the prompt.

a 12 digit code would imply you are trying to do a Direct Print via wiFi Direct from an iPhone/iPad and that isn't supported

A 4 digit code would imply either you have it set to do a Secure print, which would be a 4 digit code you make up on submission, and use to print the job at the device.

Or it could be an accounting prompt depending on the setup.

Re: Phaser 3320 Printer

Hello

I bought a xerox printer model phaser 3320. When I turn it on, it has two modes: Pagepack and Postpone. I lost the pagepack mode password, and when I work in postpone mode, it only prints 50 pages, and I have to clear the printer settings to get another 50 pages. Please send me the four-digit pagepack mode password to solve my problem.

Hello softpesar@yahoo.com

You will need to call the PagePack department @1-888-892-648 for the 4 digit code.

Thanks,
