Phaser 3330 - Override paper mismatch

Thank you for your reply. If it is not possible to override the printer settings is there a faster way to quickly switch between tray settings (envelope, label, letter) rather than via the arrow keys and small display on the printer itself?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. No you can not override the paper mismatch on the Phaser 3330.  Please make sure that the paper / envelopes size and type are set correctly for the paper tray, print driver and the application you are printing from.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Recently installed a Phaser 3330 however the user is commenting that they are not able to use the bypass tray for both envelopes and labels (as they previously could with their Phaser 3320). Setting the bypass to letter, plain, white works to print letter and letter size labels but when changing to print envelopes the printer only displays a 'cancel job' option on the display. If the timeout option is set, the printer waits the designated minute and automatically pulls from Tray 2 instead of Tray 1 (bypass)

On the 3320 pressing the OK button would override paper mismatch and pull from the bypass as designated.

Is there a way to override paper tray settings and pull from the designated try with the 3330?
