Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you have gone through all the recommendations in the solution you posted including making sure the paper being used is not an issue then I would recommend having a service technician take a look at the machines.

We have approx. 20 printers in our factory. Nearly every one of them is experiencing feed issues from tray 2 (Tray 2 Paper Jam 0). Most of the users have been using the front manual feed tray to get them by, but now many of those are having feed issues as well. They are not very old, less than a year, and have fewer clicks on them than I would expect for feeding issues like this.
I have checked for dirty rollers, dusty sensors, etc. but our factory is very clean and I haven't seen anything inside that would indicate this to be the issue. I have tried printing with/without the duplicator, the same. I've torn several apart and am at a loss.
