Hello, I have a Phaser 3600 that is giving me an invalid toner error message. This is a fairly new Xerox toner so puzzled by the message. What should I do?

Hello, I have a Phaser 3600 that is giving me an invalid toner error message. This originally happend last week and I figured that the toner cartraige went bad so I replaced it with another and it seemed to have solved the problem for a couple days. Now the error message is back. I can print config directly from the printer and everything prints fine. Is there something else that needs to be done?
