If it were me, I would probably attempt to just glue it back on where it goes and hope.
Xerox has no real way of buying parts, only consumables as far as I am aware, and that isn't one.
Which leaves you with shopping online, and in Canada, that typically means you multiply the cost of the item by 2 to get a final price because shipping.
Google the part number and find the site that not only will ship to Canada, but will do so for an acceptable price.

My 2 Phasers (Total Page Counts : 47000 and 99000) being in Montréal, Québec, Canada, what would be the best places to buy (or to get replaced) this assembly ?

Hi !
I Have the same problem on two of our Phaser 3600.
At the back, inside of both of them, I found a broken ring (a kind of rubber toothed ring) : A Picture Of The Rubber Toothed Ring
Do you have any idea where this ring is coming from ?
Thanks !
Jams are definitely a hardware problem, but to get rid of the blanks issue you may need to reset the device as it appears the memory spool may be corrupted. (Most data will be lost)
Our 3600 went down with a paper jam, which I cleared.
Now when we try to print to it, it immediately feeds a couple of blank sheets and jams on the third. I can clear the jam (one sheet at the exit and one below the toner cartridge), but it immediately repeats.
Is there anything I can do to clear this up, or are we due for a visit from the repair guy?
Thanks!
