The error message reads 'Tray 2 Paper Jam 0'. I have opened all the usual access points to try to get to it -- even with tweezers -- but its location is at the front amid sealed parts and the small paper size sticking out makes it simply inaccesible. The jam is at the top/front under the removable cartridge -- the paper fragment is lodged under one of the grey metal flanges which intersect a small roller bar with white plastic rollers -- the fragment is just visible under a metal flange, but not accessible -- even with tweezers. Any ideas?
I have tried to unscrew the metal flange, but only the left side lifts out...if I could get the other side (seems the roller is locked in place) I really think I could get the page. And of course, when I tried to pull the paper out the bottom (near the tray 2 area) the page ripped in half, leaving the rest inside the printer and barely visible.
