Re: Phaser 3635 Crooked Duplex problem

Hi kgabriel,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Please make sure you are using paper that is within the specifications for the the machine and that the paper is loaded with the guides right up against the edges of the paper.  If the paper is okay then you will need to contact your local support centre for additional information.

Thanks,

Phaser 3635 Crooked Duplex problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Aloha from hawaii,

I currently have a handfull (5) of Phaser 3635 with all the same problem. Normal 1 sided printing works perfectly fine on all machines. However, printing Duplex will cause 2nd side of page to be printed onto paper crooked. Any suggestions? It would be nice for any information as i have dug all over the internet with no luck. I also recently found out from another customer that also has many of this printers is having the same problem. It seems it's becoming a fairly common problem.
