Trace is from ftp server (192.168.50.208).
No, there isn't any files in dir (/home/itscan)
Firmware leve? Is this System Software Version?If it's - 20.103.05.000
Tomorrow will check for SMBv1

Why is the screenshot showing a different IP than the traces show?

Is there a lock file in the directory on the server? There appears to be, and if so, delete it.

Is the Samba server set to be able to use Netbios over TCP/IP (SMBv1)

What is the firmware level?

Phaser 3635 remote scan to samba folder

Hello,

Is it possible to settup my xerox for network scaning, when remote folder is samba folder? I've try several times using SMB protocol and aways receive error: Failed, file name is invalid

Same thing happend when I try to upload my scans to remote ftp server (FreeBSD proftpd). Here is part of ftp log:
