Re: Phaser 4600 Changing Configuration in Centreware

Ah thanks. I actually wanted to change tray settings, which I found under services. I guess the general configuration link is just a display. Kind of confusing.

1. At your Workstation, open the web browser and enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the Address bar and press Enter.

2. Click on the Properties tab.

Note If prompted, enter the Administrator's User Name admin and Password 1111, and click OK.

3. Click on the Connectivity link.

4. Click on the Protocols link.

You can find the manual here

Re: Phaser 4600 Changing Configuration in Centreware

I have tried it with both IE8 and Chrome. Neither of them allow me to change 'Configuration' under GEneral Setup on the properties tab in CIS. All properties look like this. Read only.

Phaser 4600 Changing Configuration in Centreware

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I cant seem to find out how to change properties in CIS on a Xerox 4600. On the properties tab, under configuration, all the settings are just displayed with no way to change. Can these only be done from the physical printer? Is there some way to log in as admin to unlock this?
