Phaser 4600 Missing Characters

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a Phaser 4600 that about 12 people print to.  Suddenly today about a third of those users are experiencing missing t's and i's when printing documents.  No driver changes have been made and no updates or program changes made to their computers.

 

any suggestions or other people experiencing the same thing?
