Hi John,
thank you for your reply!
Sorry for my bad explanation... I tried to make a better example image which hope will be clearer.
We are using long-edge option.
Thank you

Hi Cheryl,
we already checked knowledgebase and called Xerox, as I wrote... and we didn't find any solution for this.
This is a serious problem for us as we have to use tray 1 and by-pass simultaneously but with this mulfunction it's impossible.
Please could you just tell us if it's just a bug of our printer or if there's something wrong with all Phaser 4600?
Thank you for your help
Regards
Karina
Hello Karina.
If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: Phaser 4600.
Alternatively, you can visit our Contact Us page for other support options.
Hi, I'm writing about a Phaser 4600DN which has a strange behavior with bypass double-sided printing.
With every type of documents and any driver (PCL, PS) if we print from bypass tray with double sided option active machine prints like attached picture so:
in page number 1 (front) it prints second page upside down (as you can see in the bottom of page 1). On the backside (page 2) it prints first page upside down again...
This is what we did:
So... we tried with other 2 Phaser 4600DN and..surprise! Exactly same behavior!
Do you have possibility to try with the same model and check if they have same problem? Is it a bug of this printer? Of course we tried also with other Xerox machine with by-pass and double sided printing and they print in the right way...
PS. it prints correctly double sided from other trays and so do the same other Phaser 4600.
Thank you
Regards
Karina
