Hello! We just purchased a brand new Phaser 4622 printer. When we first got it, it had no problems printing from the bypass tray. One day, all of a sudden, it just stopped printing. There appears to be no error. I've tried putting plain paper, a small stack of plain paper, labels, etc. into the bypass feed tray section. I've confirmed it is plain 8.5 x 11 paper. And on and on and on.
I have no idea what's wrong! The only hint is nothing happens when I select to print from Tray 1. That and there is a yellow light where the "!" picture is. But how do I find out why the light is lighting up? Any ideas???
