Turns out the solution was that the new printer did not have VI Compose installed.
But it won't be the printer, it is how the Freeflow interfaces, which is near always not the driver for the printer, and in that case you need to look at the print stream/PDL etc, which is simply not something most people can do, and I can't fake it, because the Freeflow stuff simply can't be replicated.
If the issue could be replicated with a driver, we could start looking into switching RAW to LPR to get a much smaller job size for instance, but even if that is the answer, I have no idea where in the FFPS to look.
I will give that a shot as well. thing is, these same jobs print perfectly on our Phaser 4510.
Since it happens with a Freeflow product you should post in its forum.
The First two lines of the error read:
"ERROR: undefined (COMMAND TYPE: nametype)"
"OFFENDING COMMAND: selected pages: 1 10 "Selected pages: 1 10""
Windows 8 PC, printing from FreeFlow VI Design Pro. The first ten print just fine, any quantity higer and I get this error.
