Open and close a tray, it prompts to confirm what was loaded on the screen, don't touch confirm, chose "Change settings.

You do not need to scroll through menus to get to it, you just open and close the tray you need to change.

Phaser 5550 paper sizes on input trays

I am trying to help someone with this old printer.  All print jobs want to go to tray 1 manual feed for some reason.

 

When I look at the paper source for the input trays it says plain paper 11x17 for both tray 2 and 3.  I have tried on the display panel and through the web interface to change one of these to letter but it is absoluty not an option.  LETTER is not an option.  I dont understand.

 

If anyone can explaint taht to me I would appretiate it
