Hello lukec2000,

Maybe try uninstalling the printer, and then reinstalling it following these steps to see if that works.

If this doesn't work you may need to contact Support for more assistance.

Phaser 6010 - Drivers not working in windows 10

Product Name: Phaser 6010
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

I've just finished setting up a windows 10 laptop this is a fresh install. I've downloaded the new 6010 drivers from this site and run the setup.

This is plugged in via USB not networked.

I ran the software installation and the product setup which has said the printer has installed correctly and asks for a reboot. However, this doesn't seem to show any printer when I check in printers/devices.

It still shows as an unknown device.

Any ideas, please?
