The printer is not a print server so you won't see it on the network until you share it out from a PC.
If you are asking for the settings for the driver they are pretty simple.
If you use RAW, you don't need anything except the IP address selected.
If you use LPR you need the queue name as lp (Lower case L) and do not under any circumstance have LPR Byte Counting enabled.
If those settings don't work it would mean the printer is not on your LAN, you can check by putting the IP address you assigned it in your web browser address bar to load its web interface.
