I have a Phaser 6022 bought in Nov 2015 via Amazon in the UK. I have just had to replace the yellow cartridge, so bought a genuine Xerox one, again through Amazon in the UK.
However, when I install the new cartridge I get a message "invalid yellow", and the printer will not respond to any of the menu buttons. I returned the cartridge and got a replacement (again, genuine Xerox) and I get the same error message.
I assume Amazon aren't selling fake cartridges (they came in Xerox boxes with a hologram on the side).
Can anyone suggest a solution? Is the printer faulty?
