Thank you for using the Support Forum. I would suggest removing the driver from your Mac, empty the trash and reboot the Mac. Once you are sure the driver is gone reinstall the driver and see if that clears the roller rolling issue. It sounds like the driver is corrupt. If it does not clear the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
This just started today: My Xerox Phaser 6022 prints one document. Then, the rollers keep rolling indefinitely. It does not feed new paper, it just continues rolling.
The second document never prints.
I have to turn the printer off in order to get the printer to stop rolling. Then turn it back on. Print the second document. Turn it off to get it to stop rolling. Turn it back on. And so forth.
What is causing this issue?
The printer worked fine yesterday and I haven't made any changes to the settings.
