Hi,
It should work. I'm assuming that you are downloading the GDI driver from xerox.com site in English. Because is a GDI printer (means that has no rip and all the job processing is done by the PC) it doesn't support any printer language like Postscript or PCL. It means that you have no other driver possibility to install. So, I suggest that you delete the printer and the driver from your W7, do a reboot and then perform a new driver install.
Regards
Rui
As per the title really - The printer works fine on my old XP machine, but despite downloading the drivers, will not run on Windows 7 (Home Premium 64 bit).
After installing the drivers, the software tries to send a test page to the printer - the printer starts up but then "hangs" and doesn't print. When trying to print from other applications (Word), the only message I get is "A printer error occurred".
Is there another update required?
