Re: Phaser 6115MFP "Please Power Cycle" (F0H) Error

Hi Aaron,

I am unable to find the code in any of the documentation I have either.  I would suggest you place a service call on the machine if you tried the solutions from the previous post.  But make sure the machine is plugged in to a dedicated outlet no extension cord or surge protector.  If it still fails then service would probably need to take a look.

Thanks,

Re: Phaser 6115MFP "Please Power Cycle" (F0H) Error

Hello Cheryl,

Thanks for your response and recommendation.  Unfortunately my message is not a "Please Wait" message, but "Please Power Cycle".  I reviewed the solutions to "Please Wait" anyway and the tried them, but to no avail.  I have previously contacted the Support Center, but since this product is out of warranty they will not help me.  However, they did attempt to look up the error code, but it was not listed.

Any other ideas?

Regards,

Aaron

Phaser 6115MFP "Please Power Cycle" (F0H) Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have had this machine for serveral years and it worked great.  It's been in storage for the last year or so and when I turned it on I received this message.  It sounded like it continued to boot up, but I could not clear the message, nor could I print.  I could not find this error message in any of my documentation or in any documentation on the web or in this forum.  What does this error message mean?

Thanks,

Aaron Nelson
