Hi

replace the hole imaging unit that the hole four drums are coming together in 1 assembly and you can not change only the defective one which is a cyan drum in your case

Phaser 6125N - cyan spots repeating across the page

There is a pattern of cyan spots on every page, repeating every 1.1 inches. This only occurs when printing color documents, not b/w only.

 

The same pattern is faintly visible on the black belt that becomes visible when the printer is opened. The marks on the belt could be easily removed with a cloth (minimal pressure), but that did not solve the problem.

 

What can I do to get rid of the marks?
