I replaced the black cartridge but there is always the error message "replace the black cartridge"
I tested with another black cartridge but the same problem.
There is no problem with the other colors.

Xerox support is more expensive than my printer.
After all my extensive research, I have to throw my printer and all my cartridges.
I will order another printer, but a more reliable brand.

Yes, I have contacted support twice but no different answer. We only asked me to do a quote for the repair. Too expensive.
This trade policy always generates more polution, it is not very environmentally friendly and not very good for the Xerox brand.
