Phaser 6130: problem with replacing the black cartridge

Hello,

 

I replaced the black cartridge but there is always the error message "replace the black cartridge"


I tested with another black cartridge but the same problem.


There is no problem with the other colors.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your reply but it is useless. I've tried multiple cartridges but it does not work.

 

Xerox support is more expensive than my printer.

 

After all my extensive research, I have to throw my printer and all my cartridges.

 

I will order another printer, but a more reliable brand.

I am sorry you feel that way.  Have you tried contacting customer support, not service to ask if they have any further suggestions on how to clear the message?

Yes, I have contacted support twice but no different answer. We only asked me to do a quote for the repair. Too expensive.
This trade policy always generates more polution, it is not very environmentally friendly and not very good for the Xerox brand.
