Why is Xeros support so poor? I can't get through on the phone, and the online chat sent me here and no response from anyone. Xerox you suck!
So I bought a Phaser 6510 yesterday and followed the installation instructions. I turned it on and it just says "Please wait..." Then it turns itself off. Then it turns itself on again and says "Please wait..." It did this in a loop for an hour before I gave up on it.
Any suggestions?
