Hi!
Did you ever figure out a solution for this? We are having the same problem after replacing our magenta cartridge.
Thanks!
Hi again!
you should be able to see if you got lines on all of the prints and what color the lines are in?
If the toners are "new" from box (not been on the shelf for a month) you do have the right to get a replacement.

I printed the drum test, document. What is it telling me?
And, if two of my new toner cartridges are damaged, will Xerox replace them?
Hi, Wayno!
If the problem occured after replacing the toners I do believe it could be a damaged toner cartridge.
You could try printing a drum test to see if it's more than one cartridge that needs to be replaced, can be found HERE.

I'm experiencing a similar problem, with the magenta and black toners. I recently replaced all four toner cartridges in my Phaser 6180 with genuine Xerox high capacity toners, and this problem appeared.
Hi again, Tony!
Sorry for the late response, It's the print catridge, you could try cleaning it by having a look here.
If that does not work, you may need to replace yellow and maybe also magenta.

Hi Kimzi,
The strips themselves are roughly 0.3 inches long. The distance between the strips are exactly 1 inch, both vertically and horizontally.
Hi you!
It seems to be following a pattern, could you please measure the distance between the yellow lines?

We have a Phaser 6180DN, and recently it started to print out strips of yellow and meganta color on the print job (please see attached image). All cartridges are at least 50% full, and we tried to reset the fuser, but problem still persisted. Does anyone have any recommendation?
Thanks.
