Re: Phaser 6180 Printing

Fix would depend on if it is a driver problem or hardware issue. If hardware, there would be an issue in the Imaging Unit/Belt/Developer.

So print a config sheet from the printer to see if it still happens.

Menu > Information Pages > Configuration > OK

If that prints OK then the issue is in the software, likely the driver (if all docs) or the application if "it only happens from Acrobat" is the type of scenario)

So in the driver, if one PC, reinstall it and see if resolved, then check here and see if changing any of these 3 makes any improvements.

If your driver doesn't look like that, I would assume you are on Windows 8-10 and MS installed their V4, or Class driver, in which case the issue would probably be resolved by just installing the Xerox driver instead.

Phaser 6180 Printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Phaser 6180 with duplex printing.  It has started printing a blue cast over the entire page, moreso when printing in color than in black-and-white.  Attached is a photo showing a blank sheet of white paper next to a color prinout whouse background should be white, but is instead has a blue cast to it.
