Phaser 6180 - need to set codes to track printing

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how I can set up each of my offices with codes so we can track printing. Can any of you help with this task? I'm sure it has got to be relatively easy but I'm not sure of where to look.

I do not believe this would be a feature of the Xerox 6180 printer. You could use a software solution to track your printing via a print server or something in that nature. 

 

Are you trying just to do accounting on this box or do you have other devices you need to monitor?
